LAMBPLAN
Lambplan provides information on the potential of a certain sheep through genetic testing. This can be used to determine the genetic potential of the sheep, whether it is to be used as a breeder, whether there are any terminal genetic pre-dispositions, or whether the sheep is to be used for dual purpose. Through the ASBVs (Australian Sheep Breeding Values) the sheep are ranked according to different production characteristics ie wool, reproduction, caracase, internal parasite resistance and growth.
