Old Munbilla was established with predominantly type 4 ewes from "Amarula" and Amarula Douggie, sire of the 2005 National Dorper Championship Reserve Champion Ram. We seek to have our flock regularly assessed by South African inspectors to guide our stock selection. While our sheep thrive on the NSW north coast they are bred to be competitive with the best. We had three entries at the 2005 National Dorper Championship. Our two ewes won the two ewe lamb classes, while our ram lamb placed second in his class.
We recently boosted our flock with ewes from the Macquarie Dorper dispersal sale, including the top priced mature ewe.
